Do you ever feel like all the work you’re putting in at the gym isn’t getting you anywhere?

I can help you.

These are the three main reasons people struggle to progress in the gym.

1 — Changing exercises too often

Every week you go to the gym and do a bunch of random different things.

Maybe you’re trying to “trick your muscles”. Maybe you’re trying to keep things fresh.

Maybe you just aren’t sure what to do so you pick someone to copy on the sly.

The problem is consistency is really important. The bulk of your training should be the same very simple exercises done over and over and over again.

For weeks, months, heck, even years sometimes.

Over and over again.

That doesn’t mean don’t mix things up a bit. It doesn’t mean you can’t throw in some fun shapes.

It just means you need to pick a bunch of things to do every week and that you have to be consistent.

If you want to back squat better but hardly ever back squat, you’re back squats are going to be slow to develop.
